Replaces callout annotations (<1>, <2>, etc.) with where: + description list format in the following AWS UPI modules, per #102276:

  • modules/installation-creating-aws-bootstrap.adoc
  • modules/installation-creating-aws-control-plane.adoc
  • modules/installation-creating-aws-dns.adoc
  • modules/installation-creating-aws-security.adoc

Also includes CQA word fixes for these modules.
